FAQ
When booking your shoot, you'll be need to fill in a booking form to tell me what you're hoping to achieve from the shoot and just to give me a feel for the style of shoot you want, so I can customise the session to give you the best results. I will then reach out to you with an information booklet for the photoshoot, to discuss outfits, and to answer any questions you may have.
When you arrive, we will head through to the photo studio where we will chat for a few minutes to get to know each other and make the atmosphere comfortable. You'll pop your first outfit on and we will get shooting!
After the shoot, I will go through the images in the following days and prepare them for you. I will upload the curated images to a page on the website just for you and send you the private code to access them, ready for you to choose your favourites.
Once you've chosen, I will fully retouch the chosen images and send you the chosen images in full resolution and without watermarks via email or WeTransfer. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on amount of photos you'll be receiving.
Styled images with full makeup are intended for portfolio, promotional, or creative use and may not meet agency submission requirements.
Industry-standard images required for professional submissions.
When booking a package that includes both industry-standard and portfolio images, industry-standard images are always captured first to ensure they meet professional submission requirements, followed by styled images with full makeup.
Please arrive with clean, light makeup suitable for industry-standard images. Full or heavy makeup will be added during the session for portfolio images. Makeup time is included within the session duration.
Please book through the website's 'Book Now' page, and fill out the booking form in full to ensure I have all the information to ensure you get the best results out of your session. Payment is taken through the website upon booking. We offer Wix Payments (credit or debit card payments), PayPal and Apple Pay.
If you wish to spread the cost of the photoshoot, you can use PayPal Pay in 3 to spread the cost over 2 months.
If you choose to purchase additional images from the shoot, there will be an option to pay for these through the website.
There is no public transport nearby due to our rural setting.
If you are being dropped off by a family member/friend, there are several places withing a short driving distance they can wait while you are here, such as Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre (15 minutes away) and Stanwick Lakes (10 minutes away). Please make sure that you are collected at the end of your time slot as I may have another client immediately after.
If you intend to travel here by train and/or taxi, please be aware that taxi fees may cost around £40 for 2x 20 minute journeys to and from the train station.
There are no bus routes near the studio location.
Due to limited studio space, sessions are reserved for client only. Having no additional guests helps maintain a focused, comfortable atmosphere that supports confidence in front of the camera.
I know it can feel comforting to bring someone along, but sessions are intentionally one-on-one. Most clients find they feel more confident, less self-conscious, and more present without an audience and I'll guide you every step of the way.
If you are being dropped off by a friend/family member, I kindly ask that they either wait in the car for shorter shoots or visit a local attraction to wait if the shoot is of a longer duration.

As all sessions are paid in full at the time of booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
• Cancellations made 8 or more days before the scheduled session will incur a 10% cancellation fee. The remaining 90% will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of cancellation.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session at no charge, provided that:
• The new session date takes place within one calendar month of the original booking date, and
• The new date is subject to availability.
Additional reschedule requests may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and may be subject to cancellation fees.
No Virus Policy
Amy Lianne Photos operates a strict no virus policy to protect staff, business operation and clients and maintain a safe working environment.
Clients must not attend their session if they are experiencing symptoms of an illness, including viral illnesses such as runny nose or sore throat.
If you or I are experiencing symptoms on the day of the session, the shoot will be rescheduled to the next mutually available date.
Rescheduling due to illness will not incur a cancellation fee.
