These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Amy Lianne Photos ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a photography session, purchasing digital products, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

Amy Lianne Photos is a UK-based photography business providing professional photography services, including pre-booked sessions, additional image purchases, and digital guide products.

By accessing our website and/or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session.

2. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. SESSION BOOKINGS

All photography sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

A booking is only confirmed once:

Full payment has been received, and
Written confirmation has been issued via email.

No date or time will be reserved without full payment.

It is your responsibility to check your confirmation details and notify us within 24 hours if anything is incorrect.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
Additional images must be paid for in full before they are released.
Digital products (including posing guides and preparation guides) must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely via Wix, PayPal, or card payment.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & ILLNESS POLICY

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at amy@amyliannephotos.co.uk as soon as possible.

As sessions are paid in full at booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

8 or more days before the session: 10% cancellation fee (90% refunded).
Within 7 days of the session: 50% cancellation fee (50% refunded).

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no charge, provided:

The new session takes place within one calendar month of the original date;
The new date is subject to availability.

Additional reschedules may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

No Virus Policy

Amy Lianne Photos operates a strict no virus policy.

Clients must not attend their session if they are experiencing symptoms of a viral illness.

If either the client or photographer is unwell on the day of the shoot, the session will be rescheduled to the next mutually available date.

Rescheduling due to illness will not incur a cancellation fee.

6. CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, you will be offered:

A rescheduled date; or
A full refund.

7. DELIVERY OF IMAGES

Turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking.

Images are delivered via online gallery.

Raw/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

8. IMAGE SELECTION & ADDITIONAL IMAGES

Your session includes the number of edited images stated at the time of booking.

Additional edited images may be purchased at the price stated in your gallery.

No additional images will be delivered until full payment has been received.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital downloads:

Are non-refundable once delivered
Are for personal use only
May not be shared, resold, or distributed

Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.

10. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

All images remain the copyright and intellectual property of Amy Lianne Photos under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Licence Granted to Client

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use their delivered edited images for:

Personal use
Social media
Website use
Marketing and advertising of their own business or services
Promotional materials (digital and print)
Press relating to their own brand
Professional portfolio use
Casting platforms (e.g. Spotlight or equivalent)
Submission to modelling or talent agencies
Auditions and casting submissions

Where applicable, this licence also permits:

The client’s appointed agency to use the images for representation purposes
Casting directors to use the images for casting consideration
Production companies to use the images for promotional purposes relating to a production in which the client appears
Announcements of casting and promotion of performances

This licence applies only to the booking client and authorised representatives directly connected to promoting that client. It may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned for unrelated commercial use.

Restrictions

Clients may not:

Sell the images to third parties
Provide images to other businesses for unrelated commercial advertising without written permission
Upload images to stock libraries
License the images independently
Heavily edit, alter, or apply filters that misrepresent the photographer’s work
Claim the images as their own work

Cropping and resizing for formatting purposes is permitted.

If a third party wishes to use the images for wider commercial purposes (for example brand campaigns, paid advertising, merchandise, or product endorsement), a separate commercial licence must be obtained from Amy Lianne Photos.

Photographer Usage

At the time of booking, clients are given the option to grant or decline permission for Amy Lianne Photos to use images from the session for:

Portfolio use
Website display
Social media
Marketing and promotional materials
Competitions and publications

If consent is granted via the booking form, Amy Lianne Photos may use the images accordingly.

If consent is declined, the images will remain private and will not be used for public marketing purposes.

Clients may withdraw consent in writing at any time; however, this will not apply retrospectively to materials already published.

11. STUDIO POLICY – CHILDREN & GUESTS

To maintain a safe, professional, and distraction-free environment, children and additional guests are not permitted to attend photography sessions.

Only the individual(s) being photographed may attend unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the booking.

If a client arrives with children or unapproved guests, the session may be refused. In such circumstances, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation terms will apply.

12. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Anyone under age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the photoshoot. I offer performer and model portfolio photography and industry standard portfolio photography sessions for ages 16+.

Clients booking boudoir photography sessions must be 18 years of age or over at the time of the session.

Valid photographic identification may be requested prior to or on the day of the session.

Amy Lianne Photos does not offer boudoir photography services to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

If a client is found to be under 18, the session will be cancelled immediately without refund.

13. LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of technical failure, equipment malfunction, or loss of files, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee paid.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
